Q: How can I ask for help?

Q: Where is the UKC Program being held?
A: All UKC programs, including FIRE, will be held at the Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park.
Q: How will presenter travel reimbursement work?
A: You must attend all FIRE sessions and UKC Plenary sessions to receive reimbursement. Any missed sessions will result in reimbursement deduction. There will be an electronic form sent to you after the conference, and a check will be mailed to your address thereafter.
Q: When is hotel check in & out?
A: Check-in is at 4PM and Check-out is at 11AM.
Q: Is there a dress code?
A: We suggest coming in either business casual or business professional for the conference programs.
Q: When should I arrive to and leave UKC?
A: We recommend arriving Wednesday evening, as the UKC program starts at 8:30 AM on Thursday morning. The official program concludes at 1 PM on Saturday after the UKC closing session, after which you are free to leave. Keep in mind that presenter lodging support is for Wed, Thurs, and Fri nights. If you wish to stay at the hotel, the conference rate applies, and you can make your own roommate arrangements if desired for Saturday night.
Q: Which airport should I fly into?
A: We recommend flying into Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), about 15 minutes away from the conference location, Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park.

Taxi Service: Approximately $30 + per way
Limo Service: Approximately $90 – $110 plus tax per way
Sedan Service: Approximately $70 – $75 plus taxes and gratuities
MARTA: Approximately $2.75 each way. Take the train north to the Five Points Station. Take the westbound train 1 stop to CNN/GWCC Station. Take the escalator or elevator up and walk through the CNN building to hotel entrance.
