Cost to Attend

As a part of UKC 2024, FIRE is excited to offer registration fees at discounted rates to KSEA members depending on their career status. Applying and registering for the FIRE Symposium as a presenter will discount these rates even further! 

KSEA Members will receive a substantial discount on their registration fees when registering as a FIRE participant! We highly recommend you register for KSEA Membership before registering for UKC 2024! 

If you are accepted to participate in the FIRE Symposium, be sure to complete the registration by the early deadline to receive a further discount on your registration fee!

Registration fees depend on your current career status, so please check the chart below carefully to calculate what your fee will be at the registration screen. The option to register will be available on the UKC website once application results are sent back! 

The FIRE Symposium also offers KSEA member presenters generous travel and lodging support as well as a complimentary happy hour dinner! 

Registered presenters who are also KSEA members will receive three nights of lodging at the hotel venue (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday nights) in a shared room assignment as well as up to $400 of travel support round-trip depending on the distance of your home address to Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport.

Non-presenters or presenters who are NOT KSEA members will not receive any travel or lodging support, and will have to cover these costs on their own.
